Shipping policy
What is the estimated delivery time within India?
All orders are shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For metro areas serviced by reliable couriers, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. In other regions, delivery may take 5–9 business days depending on location.
Please note that all items in an order may not be dispatched together. Delivery estimates shown on the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation page, and confirmation email are indicative only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and your registered email. Our delivery partners aim to deliver as quickly as possible. If they're unable to access your address or reach you at a suitable time, they'll get in touch to resolve it.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my order?
We work with third-party courier partners for delivery. Typically, three delivery attempts are made. If you're unavailable during an attempt, you'll receive a WhatsApp message from our shipping team so you can reschedule. The delivery agent may also call to confirm a suitable time.
After three failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Orders returned due to unavailability can be reshipped for an additional charge of INR 100.
If your order is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification — this window is important, as our ability to escalate with our shipping partner closes after that.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so once confirmed, we're unable to make changes — including to the delivery address or delivery method.
